Where a recorded vote on a bill differs from another recorded vote on the same bill, both records are shown here with their dates, the exact question put to the members, and a link to the official roll call. This page does not say why a vote was cast.
Different questions on the same bill can lead to different votes. Read each question before drawing a conclusion.

Mrs. FEDORCHAK. Mr. Speaker, I rise today in strong support of my good friend Morgan Griffith's bill, H.R. 3632, the Power Plant Reliability Act. If you ask Americans to define ``common sense,'' I am quite certain that they would all agree that it is simply common sense to stop retiring reliable resources to generate power before you have adequate resources to replace them. The number one thing we need in this country is reliable power. More than anything else, people must have it for their safety and for our economy. Yet, our grid is facing a serious reliability crisis.

Mrs. FEDORCHAK. Mr. Speaker, I rise today in strong support of H.R. 3668, the Improving Interagency Coordination for Pipeline Reviews Act. The truth is, interstate natural gas pipelines are what keep our lights on, our showers hot, and prices reasonable. To the gentleman from New Jersey's point, interstate pipelines also have provided the largest decrease in emissions in our country, and they have made it possible to deliver by backing up all of the renewables that are on the system.

H.J.Res. 24 119th Congress
Recorded votes on this measure
- · House · Voted Yea · Question as recorded: On Passage · House Clerk — official roll-call record
Said on the floor about this bill
· House · H1307-H1312
Mrs. FEDORCHAK. Mr. Speaker, I rise today in strong support of H.J. Res. 24, legislation led by my friend Representative Stephanie Bice. This reverses yet another burdensome Biden administration mandate that will add senseless costs for families and small businesses for no real benefit. The Biden Department of Energy's rule on walk-in refrigerator equipment is a textbook example of government overreach. This rule imposes sweeping, unrealistic energy standards that demand massive energy reductions, but this isn't just about energy policy.

· House · H846-H853
Mrs. FEDORCHAK. Mr. Speaker, I rise today in strong support of H.J. Res. 35, legislation I proudly cosponsored to stand up for North Dakota's energy producers and hardworking families who depend on affordable, reliable energy. For my first action as a Member of Congress, I wrote to President Trump and Secretary Burgum urging them to repeal 20 unnecessary and burdensome rules that threaten affordable, reliable energy, including this rule. The Biden administration's methane tax is a real attack on North Dakota's energy sector, and it is really a tax on every aspect of our lives.

· House · H520-H533
Mrs. FEDORCHAK. Mr. Speaker, I rise today in strong support of the HALT Fentanyl Act. In North Dakota, my State, we are known for our tight-knit communities where people look out for one another, but even in my State, illicit fentanyl is smuggled in, stealing innocent lives and leaving families shattered. North Dakota law enforcement says record amounts of fentanyl are pouring into our State. What is most disturbing is how traffickers are targeting our kids. They are poisoning our children. We must pass the HALT Fentanyl Act to permanently give law enforcement the tools they need.

Mrs. FEDORCHAK. Mr. Speaker, I am proud to represent all North Dakotans in the United States House of Representatives. This is my first speech on the House floor, and I want to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about our State and what I hope to accomplish during the 119th Congress. North Dakotans are hardworking, independent, resourceful people who are dedicated to their faith, families, and communities. From Abercrombie to Zap, and every place in between, North Dakotans show up every day, regardless of rain, snow, or subzero temperatures. That is what I will do here.

Method: we compare only recorded Yea and Nay votes on the same bill or resolution in the same Congress, and only on these kinds of question: passage or adoption; conference report; concurring in the other chamber's amendment; overriding a veto; treaty ratification. Amendments, motions to recommit, to table, to proceed or to end debate, and every other procedural question are not compared. Present and not voting are not compared. A vote with no date, no question text, or no link to its official roll-call page is left out. The text of a bill can change between votes; the description on each record is the one recorded for that roll call.
Floor statements are quoted from the Congressional Record as printed by the Government Publishing Office. We have read it from January 6, 2025 through November 2, 2026 so far; earlier statements are not shown. A passage is listed for a bill only when its own text cites that bill. Excerpts are the opening of the passage, cut at a sentence; the full passage is always one click away. Statement pairs appear only after two separate reviews, and every quote is checked word for word against the stored passage each time it is shown.
Votes come from the House Clerk and Senate roll-call records as compiled in the Voteview archive. Votes before the chambers published roll calls online have no official web page and are not shown here.
