Commonwealth v. Nuckles

REVERSED status graphic: Commonwealth v. Nuckles. 022776 Commonwealth v. Nuckles 10/31/2003 The Court of Appeals erred reversing the conviction of a defendant charged with grand larceny based upon the Commonwealth's failure to prove that the party from whom the property was taken was a corporation as stated in the indictment. The corporate status of the victim was not necessary to identify it, or to establish an element of the offense. The judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed and defendant's conviction is reinstated.
