GEICO v. USAA

REVERSED status graphic: GEICO v. USAA. 100332 GEICO v. USAA 04/21/2011 In a declaratory judgment proceeding brought by two insurance carriers after an automobile crash, there was no evidence that the driver of a vehicle was using it within the scope of permission he might reasonably have believed he had from its owner or her daughter as the primary user, and accordingly the judgment upholding coverage under the two policies involved in this case is reversed.
