This is not a complete list.

The Secretary of State 2026 Constitutional Amendments page quotes one amendment, the Senate Bill 10 pardon-power amendment. The page does not state whether it is the complete list of statewide questions on the ballot.

Are you in favor of limiting a Governor's ability to grant pardons or commute sentences by prohibiting him or her from granting pardons or commuting sentences during the time period beginning 60 days prior to the general election at which the Governor is elected, and ending when the Governor is sworn in for that term by amending the Constitution of Kentucky as stated below?

What these labels mean

Official list quoted

We saved the state election authority's list for the 2026 general election exactly as published, and every measure is quoted from it.

Some measures quoted

The official source reviewed shows these measures but may not be the full ballot. Other statewide measures can exist.

Could not read, or not yet confirmed

The official site would not let us read it, or no 2026 list we can quote has been published. We say so here instead of guessing.
