Alabama
ballot measures

Measures appear here only when Power & Politics preserved the state election authority's own list and can quote each number and official title or ballot text word for word. Power & Politics does not describe what a measure would do. Read the full text at the official source before you vote.

November 3, 2026 general election

Alabama

We could not confirm a list yet · Checked Oct 5, 2026

No official list could be quoted yet.

No official record has been found at this time. We are watching for updates. On Oct 5, 2026 the Secretary of State 2026 election page linked a State Certification of Statewide Amendments PDF with no readable text, and its Proposed Amendments register (first of six pages) listed three entries marked Statewide with a 11-3-2026 election date (Acts 2026-424, 2026-379, 2026-341) but no ballot title or text, so no measure is quoted. This is not a finding that Alabama has no statewide measures.

What these labels mean

Official list quoted

We saved the state election authority's list for the 2026 general election exactly as published, and every measure is quoted from it.

Some measures quoted

The official source reviewed shows these measures but may not be the full ballot. Other statewide measures can exist.

Could not read, or not yet confirmed

The official site would not let us read it, or no 2026 list we can quote has been published. We say so here instead of guessing.
